My weaving on the loom before mounting on the 8x8 stretcher frames.
The blue line indicates where I planned to sew and cut to separate the weavings.

On my loom... New Years Day 2015

This is what's on my loom this New Years.  I warped my 8-shaft Schacht Mighty Wolf loom with several cotton yarns in my stash to the full 16 yards on my warping board.  (Its the longest warp I've put on this loom!) I challenged myself  to use color combinations I wouldn't ordinarily use... by adding the orange as a complimentary color and the cotton/linen textured yarn. I wove 8 different non-sew hats on the beginning of this warp.  I'm hoping that I have enough to weave fabric for a dress or long tunic... or we will just see what it wants to be!
